Terms and Conditions of Participation

Effective Date: 12/17/2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in all events organized and hosted by Full Throttle Singles Events ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for, attending, or participating in any event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not register for or attend the event.

1. Code of Conduct and General Behavior

All participants are expected to behave in a respectful, responsible, and lawful manner at all times. Our events are intended to foster positive social interaction, connection, and community. Conduct that detracts from this environment will not be tolerated.

Participants agree to:

• Treat all attendees, staff, vendors, and venue personnel with courtesy and respect.

• Follow all instructions provided by event staff.

• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

• Respect the venue, property, and equipment.

We reserve the right to refuse entry, remove, or eject any participant whose behavior we deem disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion.

2. Zero Tolerance for Illegal Activity

Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Illegal drug/alcohol use, possession, or distribution

• Theft or vandalism

• Physical violence or threats of violence

• Harassment, intimidation, or coercion

Any participant engaged in illegal activity may be immediately removed from the event, reported to venue security or law enforcement, denied a refund, and banned from future events.

3. Sexual Harassment and Inappropriate Conduct

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment or any form of sexual misconduct.

3.1 What Constitutes Sexual Harassment

Sexual harassment includes, but is not limited to:

• Unwelcome sexual advances, propositions, or requests for sexual favors

• Unwanted physical contact such as touching, groping, hugging, or blocking movement

• Sexual comments, jokes, gestures, or sounds

• Commenting on someone’s body, appearance, or clothing in a sexual manner

• Repeated attempts to engage with someone after they have expressed disinterest

• Sharing sexually explicit content or images without consent

Consent must be clear, mutual, and ongoing. Silence, lack of resistance, or past interactions do not constitute consent. Any sort of behavior of this nature will not be tolerated.

3.2 Policy Enforcement

Sexual harassment is not acceptable under any circumstances. Any reported or observed incidents may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and a permanent ban from future events. We encourage participants to report inappropriate behavior to event staff promptly.

4. Stalking, Intimidation, and Persistent Unwanted Contact

Stalking, intimidation, or persistent unwanted attention—whether during or after the event—will not be tolerated. This includes:

• Following or monitoring another participant without consent

• Repeated unwanted messages, calls, or contact attempts

• Attempts to obtain personal information without permission

• Any behavior that causes another participant to feel unsafe or uncomfortable

Reports of such conduct may result in immediate ejection, no refund, and a permanent ban from future events.

5. No Refund Policy

All ticket sales and registrations are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Removal or ejection due to violation of these Terms

• Failure to attend or late arrival

• Discomfort with event format or participants

6. Food, Beverages, and Allergies

Food and beverages may be provided at certain events. We make reasonable efforts to disclose known ingredients; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

By attending, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for knowing and managing your own food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions.

• You are responsible for ensuring that you do not consume anything that could cause an allergic reaction or adverse health effect.

• We are not responsible or liable for allergic reactions, illness, or injuries related to food or beverage consumption.

If you have severe allergies, we strongly recommend bringing your own food or refraining from consumption.

7. Disabilities and Reasonable Accommodations

We are committed to inclusivity and accessibility. If you have a disability and require reasonable accommodations to participate in an event, you must notify us prior to the event.

While we cannot guarantee that all requests can be accommodated, we will make good-faith efforts to provide reasonable accommodations where possible. Failure to notify us in advance may limit our ability to assist.

8. Personal Information and Privacy

By registering for our events, you consent to the collection and use of personal information such as name, age range, gender, preferences, any other necessary provided information, and contact details. We may take photos and videos at our events, and you may be in those photos and videos. They will be used by us to promote future events. If you do not want photos and videos of you used to promote future events please DO NOT COME. 

We use this information to:

• Improve the quantity of people that come, quality and structure so that all attendees can have the best experience possible. 

• Group participants by relevant factors such as age range or interests

• Contact you by text, call, email, or phone to communicate event-related information for not only the event you are attending but future events that might interest you. We might ask for information like but not limited to what age group you'd like to be in, or suggestions for future events like what we should do for food games and activities. 

We do not sell personal information to third parties. Information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

9. Open Contact Cards and Participant Interactions

Some events may offer an optional "open contact card" or similar feature that allows participants to share contact information with others. 

By opting into this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your contact information may be shared with and retained by other participants.

• Other participants may contact you after the event.

• We have no control over how other participants use, store, or share your information.

We are not responsible or liable for any communications, actions, or misuse of information by other participants.

10. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

You understand that participation in social events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to emotional discomfort, disagreements, or interactions with other individuals.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Full Throttle Singles Events is not liable for:

• Personal injury, emotional distress, or property loss

• Actions or conduct of other participants

• Events occurring before, during, or after the event that would be outside of our control.

11. Right to Modify or Cancel Events

We reserve the right to modify event details, rules, or these Terms at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.

16. Dress Code and Event Standards

Participants are expected to dress appropriately for a public social setting. Clothing or accessories that are offensive, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or disruptive are prohibited.

We reserve the right to deny entry or remove participants whose attire violates these standards, without refund.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance of an event due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, fire, government orders, venue issues, power outages, or other unforeseen events.

In such cases, events may be canceled, postponed, or rescheduled at our discretion.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

All Terms and Conditions and any posted event rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Full Throttle Singles Events regarding event participation.

No verbal statements or representations shall modify these Terms.

19. Acknowledgment

By registering for and attending any event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Supplemental Terms and Conditions.
